What we collect
When you send a booking request through this website, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your vehicle make, model and year
- Your vehicle registration number
- The service you are asking for, and your preferred date and time
- Any message you choose to add
We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we ask for your registration number
So we can identify the right vehicle, look up the correct service schedule, parts and fluids before you arrive, and match your booking to any previous work we have done. If you would rather not enter it online, leave it out and tell us when you drop the car off — it will not stop us taking the booking.
How we use it
Only to arrange and confirm your booking, prepare for your vehicle's service, and contact you about the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
A booking request is not a confirmed appointment
Sending the form creates a request. We will contact you to confirm a time before your booking is locked in.
Who else handles it
Booking requests are processed by the form service that runs this website and delivered to us by email. Our website host records standard technical information such as page requests for security and performance. Nobody outside the workshop and those providers is given access to your booking details.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and service records for as long as we need them to look after your vehicle and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a motor vehicle repair business. Records we no longer need are deleted.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages people visit so we can improve the site. It does not identify you personally.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 0478 921 998 or email us and we will action it. If we cannot delete something because we are required to keep it, we will tell you why.
Complaints
Contact us first so we can try to sort it out. You can also raise a privacy complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
